Todd Lambeth’s painting practice is serially driven and representational in nature. Lambeth often draws upon source material for his paintings from everyday life. Photographs of house cats, imagery highlighting the subculture of marijuana, and studio space contents painted from life, have all been subjects in his work.
Throughout Lambeth’s career he has exhibited work across Canada in both commercial galleries and artist-run centres. Lambeth has been a recipient of both provincial and federal grants, and one can find his work represented internationally in both private and corporate collections.
